Learn about our high-quality service operation

For your satisfaction, we make our work as transparent as possible. We wouldn't want to leave your vehicle for repairs without knowing what to expect and that's why we've outlined the steps we take to ensure every inch of your vehicle receives the necessary service, and repairs it needs. To see what sets us apart from local competitors, view our comprehensive service checklist below.

Our thorough 10-step process:

Step 1

During the estimation process, the vehicle is inspected, and relevant data is entered into estimate computer systems. This data is then compiled into an estimate that determines the cost of repairs. However, if hidden damage is found once the vehicle is disassembled, the final cost may increase.

Step 2

Once the estimate is completed, the insurance company (if necessary) will review the estimate. Price negotiations may ensue but once solidified, repairs can begin.

Step 3.

The disassembly process is where hidden damage is found. If inner structure repairs are apparent, another insurance inspection and parts order may be necessary.

Step 4.

The required parts for your vehicle are ordered and availability of these parts is checked. If a part requires a special order, we'll place it as soon as possible. While most parts arrive quickly, we must wait until all parts are received to begin work.

Step 5.

In the structure repair area, the unitized body is returned to the factory specification. A state-of-the-art measuring system is used to monitor all phases in this area and a computer-based measurement system is used to analyze your vehicle's frame to ensure accurate repair.

Step 6.

Our body repair department replaces exterior panels and metal finishing. The vehicle begins to look whole again as sheet metal is installed and aligned. From here, the vehicle moves onto the paint preparation department.

Step 7.

Paint preparation is a critical step in the refinishing process. All panels are prepared for paint, then primed and sealed to ensure strong adhesion to the paint and top coats.

Step 8.

Final moldings and detail pieces are placed back onto the vehicle in the reassembly area. All systems are checked for proper working order.

Step 9.

Your vehicle is thoroughly cleaned, as dust and debris tend to accumulate from repairs. A road test follows to ensure everything is functioning properly.

Step 10.

Your vehicle is ready for pick-up. During the delivery process, the bill is explained, and the final paperwork is completed.
